What is exterior coating?
Cool Life exterior coating is an alternative to traditional latex exterior painting. Much like exterior paint, Cool Life comes in over 600 colors and can be custom matched to any Sherwin Williams color code. What’s different about Cool Life’s exterior coating is that, unlike paint, it is built to last a lifetime and protect your home against the harsh Florida climate. Cool Life is constructed using 100% acrylic resin, which allows it to build to a thick coating that protects your home 24/7. The secret to Cool Life is not just in the coating itself, but also the manufacturers installation process. The exterior of the home is stripped down to a clean base, which allows for proper repair and priming. Once the surface has been primed, the protective finish coat is applied, creating an exterior layer of protection that is built to last a lifetime.
