Impact Windows Company, Mister Window Posts Record Q1 Results

Mister Window, a premium hurricane impact window and doors company based in Palmetto, Florida proudly reported it’s results for the first quarter.

The quarter marked an excellent start to the year and a record revenue level for Mister Window. Retrofit revenue is responsible for the majority of their record growth numbers, driven by a strong closing rate and average sales price (ASP) for the quarter.

Revenue grew 413% to $1.4 million and average sales price grew 98% to $17,594.

Mister Window’s President, Michael Cvetetic, recognized a massive opportunity in the home improvement industry where a job done fast routinely trumps the overall customer experience. There was a promise of success in bringing unmatched customer service to each homeowner, from the initial contact to the after installation follow-up. Something so simple, yet often missed by window installation companies everywhere. It appears staying customer service focused, when most of his competitors aren’t, is starting to pay off.

“Much of the thanks for our record Q1 results go to our customers and our talented sales team. We saw a greater rate of referrals in the quarter, which tells us that we are delivering on customer experience and our customers are sharing. This teamed with our introduction of the Shwinco product line, set our sales team up for success,” said Michael Cvetetic.

Even though times are a bit non-traditional at the moment, Mister Window still wants homeowners in Florida to remember that hurricane season is just around the corner. There is no better time to start considering and purchasing impact-resistant windows for your home. As the entire installation can take weeks to complete, the last thing a homeowner needs is to look up and realize they are already in the midst of storm season without the proper home protection.

Mister Window continues to remind homeowners of the increase in the time it takes to get new window orders in. Since the tragic effects of hurricane Irma, wait times have gone from 8-10 weeks to 8-14 weeks, adding an entire month to the possible time frame for new window orders to arrive. The window company says an entire month unprotected is entirely too long to risk. They want homeowners to prepare now.

If you want to keep a little cash in your account, Mister Window offers financing options to fit most homeowner’s budget. With 15 months same as cash financing, Mister Window is allowing homeowners to get the windows and protection they need, without draining their bank accounts.

Mister Window recently diversified its product line offerings to include Shwinco, producer of the world’s first vinyl window rated for Missile Level E impact protection.

“Shwinco’s product line is unique in that it offers the energy efficiency of vinyl frames with the higher design pressures typically found in aluminum products. Our customers have responded well to the product line. They understand that the windows are more than is required, but that’s the point. Their home is better protected at a price point that is attractive,” said Greg Cummings, Senior Vice President of Sales.

The Shwinco product line Mister Window now carries, also features the brand’s best-selling impact-rated sliding glass door, the 9700-Series Sliding Glass Door. It can be ordered in 4 different colors: White, Almond, Sandstone, and Bronze/White. They can also be ordered in custom colors and wood-grain. The 9000-Series Single-Hung, the brand’s overall top-selling window is also a part of the newly introduced line up. With a level-E impact rating, the highest on the market, the 9000-Series can also come in a variety of looks. From Almond, White, Sandstone, and Bronze/White to custom colors and wood-grain.

With an average 4.8 out of 5 stars across Google, Facebook, Angie’s List, and Home Advisor, customers rave about the professionalism, timeliness, and overall job quality Mister Window and it’s staff provides. This seems to be a breath of fresh air for homeowners who have had experiences with other window and door companies in the Sarasota, Bradenton, and Palmetto area.

Mister Window encourages new customers to ask about their ‘completion visit’ process. The completion visit was set in place to assure the homeowner is beyond satisfied with their installation process experience and to assure the installation job was performed to the highest standard.

With over 40 years in the home improvement industry, Mister Window looks to continue to lead with unparalleled customer service. It not only creates a rewarding environment for homeowners but for its employees, as well
